Abstract

Abstract The present Federal Law shall determine in accordance with the Civil Code of the Russian Federation the legal status of a State unitary enterprise and municipal unitary enterprise (hereinafter-unitary enterprise), the rights and duties of owners of their property, and the procedure for the creation, reorganization, and liquidation of a unitary enterprise.
