Abstract
Based on analyzing the influence of Schottky diodes’ DC characteristic parameters on rectification efficiency, a serial of the optimal parameters for developing the custom-made devices were recommended for low-power rectification in this paper. With a very low turn-on voltage of the diode, the rectification efficiency of the rectifiers can be improved, and the low-power application scenarios of rectification circuits were extended to provide new technical support for the development of wireless power transmission systems, power supply for low consumption sensors and other technologies.
