Abstract Constructed homogeneous and isotropic Friedmann Robertson Walker(FRW) cosmological model with time dependent varying deceleration parameter and have been studied to compare its behaviorin the Universe models. The Einstein’s field equations have beensolved by applying an optimal control method and obtained generalized Hubble’s parameter in FRW space-time. We also obtain the energy density and the pressure for varies Universe models.
