Abstract
Cryptography is a cornerstone of network and information security. And it is the most effective, reliable and economical means to achieve network and information security. With the development of cloud computing, network security is facing more severe challenges. It has become a trend to provide cryptographic capability such as cryptographic algorithms, cryptographic devices and cryptosystem as a resource in cloud computing services. This paper provides a solution of Cryptography as a Service based on commercial cryptography, which can be used as a reference for the construction of the Cryptography as a Service platform.
