Abstract
The purpose of the research was to provide information to specialists on water conservation on irrigated lands. The results of long-term research in the use of water resources on irrigated lands are summarized. The main directions and principles of water conservation in the implementation of water reclamation are formulated. Their implementation should ensure a reduction in the use of water resources for irrigation by 25–30 %, increase the efficiency of irrigated land by 15–20 %.
