Abstract
Tumors of the broad ligament are uncommon. Although not exceptionally rare, primary intraligamentary myoma is much less frequently observed than leiomyomas of uterine origin and cysts. This report illustrates a case of primary leiomyoma of the broad ligament and makes some observations on the operative procedure. (J GYNECOL SURG 20:97)
