Abstract

We have developed a single chip DSP (digital signal processor) for cameras/recorders with low cost and high picture quality. We realized an internal TBC (time base corrector) essential for outputting a digital picture signal recorded on a tape as an analog format. This DSP also features the digital interface based on ITU-R BT.656.
