After the initial transformation of the workforce, the chapter presents the direction on how the workforce management office (WMO) takes on the responsibility of maintenance and upkeep of WAM infrastructure and practice. It describes the leadership role of the workforce asset management professional (WAM-Pro), as the organization encounters new requirements and evaluates new investments in WFM solutions.
