Abstract
Abstract Multiculturalism is a term used at the societal, organizational, group, and individual levels. The first two relate to openness toward multiple cultures at the societal or organizational levels and has been discussed in the diversity literature of management. The third relates to group dynamics in the context of diverse groups. Multiculturalism at the individual level is related to biculturalism, where a person identifies with more than one culture.
