Abstract

The pond is located in Huizhou Daya bay district west street cross section of the stone river flood discharge in river section is relatively narrow, insufficient capacity of flood discharge in river, river appear at many points along the river overflow phenomenon, did not meet the requirements of flood control, river regulation for stone river. Adopt the way of broadening the channel width to ensure that meet the requirements of flood control, river presents three kinds of widening schemes The MIKE21 hydrodynamic model was used to analyze the water dynamics of stone River basin and simulate the flood discharge capacity of the river under different regulation schemes the hydrodynamic model analysis results show that when the design flood occurs once in 20 years, the water level of the river is on the high side and the river velocity is low. However, after the regulation, the water level of the river is improved, the overall water level is significantly reduced and the river velocity is obviously accelerated, ensuring that the whole reach of stone River reaches the once in 20 years
