Abstract

Abstract A combined tear of the proximal iliotibial band and tensor fascia lata is an uncommon injury, and currently, the body of literature on the topic is limited. The suture anchor repair technique described in this article allows anatomic restoration of the proximal iliotibial band and tensor fascia lata.
