Abstract
Quality management and metrology are important components in manufacturing enterprises. Producers can assess the conformance quality or degree to which a product or service was manufactured in accordance with the required specifications. Quality management oversees all activities and tasks that must be accomplished to maintain a desired level of excellence. Quality management system is described as a set of business processes geared toward delivering products and services to a consistently high standard. A quality system comes on top of an organization and is defined as the organizational structure, responsibilities, processes, procedures, and resources for implementing quality management. Part of quality management is quality assurance, focusing on providing confidence that quality requirements will be fulfilled. Quality control is concerned with the inspection aspects and identification of defects of quality management. The quality audit is the practice of systematic inspection and examination of a quality system.
