Abstract
An approved disposition for volumetric intensity distribution was used for radiation from a big-surface x-ray anode. By superposition of radiation for this anode a sufficiently small reference plane DELTA f(df) can be found for which the Lambert cos-law is valid. In comparing calculated and measured intensity values it is shown that this disposition allows determination of the surface dosages of moved samples within permissible errors of measurement. The same comparison allows the portion of scattering radiation, which appears in the lateral regions of the measuring panel, to be determined. (auth)
