The paper looks at some of the different perspectives on entrepreneurship education, with an emphasis on several entrepreneurship education trends in higher education institutions at European and international level. It also looks at the relationship between universitites and the business environment in the development of entrepreneurship education along with some potential directions for public policy involvement in university entrepreneurship support.
