Abstract
Objective To observe the adverse reaction of rabies vaccine for human use prepared with Vero cells. Methods A total of 810 victims were inoculated with 5 doses of rabies vaccine for human use prepared with Vero cells according to a schedule of 0,3,7,14 and 28 d for post-exposure immunization. The adverse reactions within 30 min,24 h,72 h,15 d and 3 months after inoculation were observed. Results No immediate reactions were observed in the 810 victims, and the local and systemic general reaction rates were 1. 85% and 1. 60% respectively. Conclusion The rabies vaccine for human use prepared with Vero cells showed good safety.
