Abstract
A high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method has been developed for the simultaneous determination of five pesticide residues in cornmeal.The sample pretreatment and chromotography conditions are investigated and optimized.The five pesticides have satisfying linear relationships within 0.02~1.0 μg·mL-1,and the correlation efficients were 0.9984~0.9997.The average recoveries of five pesticides ranged from 79.9%~96.8% within the concentration of 0.02~0.2mg kg-1,and the relative standard deviations were between 1.2% ~4.9%.The developed method is easier,faster and more accurate.It can meet the requirement for simultaneous determination of many pesticide residues in cornmeal.
