Abstract
A high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method was developed for simultaneous determination of 5pesticide residues in grain. The pesticide residues were extracted by acetone and cleaned up with solid phase extraction cartridges, then were analyzed by HPLC with ultraviolet detection.Pre-treatment method of sample and chromatographic condition of analysis were critically examined. Results indicated that linear ranges of 5 pesticides were 0.02~1.0 μg/mL,withcorrelation efficiency of 0.9984~0.9997,average recoveries ranged from 76.3%~134% and relative standard deviations between1.1%~5.7%.The method which is easier, faster and sensitive can meet the requirement for simultaneous determination of many pesticide residues in cornmeal.
