Abstract

The flower bud differentiation morphogenesia and process of Lanelate was studied by the method of paraffin cut.The results showed that the flower bud differentiation process lasted for five months from the start of floral primordia differentiation in November to pistil and stamen formation in next year March under guilin climate condition in Guangxi. The phases of flower differentiation initial stage and sepal differentiation were relatively longer. When the ten days mean temperature was at 10.1-9.7 ℃,the most floral primordia differentiated in late December to next year early January of Lanelate. The ten days mean temperature was at 1.4 ℃,the most sepal primordia differentiated in late January. When the month mean temperature was more than 11.23 ℃,Lanelate started the differentiation of petal, stamen and pistil phase in next year February to March.
