Abstract

Patients are now linked to healthcare services, and physicians are connected to numerous patient data sources, treatment facilities, and hospitals, thanks to connected healthcare networks. We are interested in strategies that can reduce healthcare costs and increase the quality of healthcare service delivery, considering the growing costs of healthcare in many countries. Diabetics is a chronic condition that puts people at risk for a number of complications, including hypertension, strokes, kidney failure, and cardiovascular disease. Diabetics must be tracked and assessed in real time to eliminate certain threats. Using a hybrid ensemble machine learning algorithm, proposed to create a prediction model of the given medical data to predict whether a person has diabetes or not. And to build a system for screening diabetic patients' blood glucose levels based on factors such as physical activity and food consumption. We designed a low-cost real-time health monitoring system in this paper to monitor BG and provide automatic analysis, decision-making, and real-time notification for immediate attention. The proposed system includes energy-efficient sensor nodes, and the data from the sensor nodes is sent to the FoG layer via smart gateways.
