Abstract
Critical evidence has proven the positive impact arts can have on learning for those who engage in it. Arts organizations continually face new challenges in their efforts to reach new and diverse constituents, and therefore, must use education programs as vehicles to connect to diverse communities, especially those with limited access and resources. They must consider new and innovative ways to increase community participation and arts learning as well as social and academic implications of art. Together with arts administrators, educators, policy-makers, funders, and community partners, arts organizations can work toward creating more effective arts education programs and provide arts learning to broader audiences and constituents.%%%%M.S., Arts Administration – Drexel University, 2008
