Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupoint bloodletting therapy on children with asthmatic lung disease. Methods A total of 120 children with asthmatic lung disease in the pediatric inpatient area of our hospital from December 2018 to August 2019 were selected and divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method, 60 cases in each group. For treatment, the study group combined with blood bleed at the Shao Shang acupoint on the basis of conventional Western medicine treatment, the symptom relief, length of stay and cost of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of early treatment in the study group was83.33%, which was higher than that of the control group of 66.67%, the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05); traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) symptom scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group after treatment, the length of hospital stay in the study group was shorter than that in the control group, and the hospitalization cost was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion On the basis of conventional Western medicine treatment, the addition of Shao Shang acupoint bloodletting therapy can significantly improve clinical symptoms and improve clinical efficacy.
