Abstract

In this paper,two upgrading gasoline hydrogenation units were compared,which are company A’ s 500,000 ton/year gasoline hydrotreating unit and company B ’ s 500,000 ton/year gasoline hydrotreating unit.The process settings,operating conditions,operating performance,product quality and energy consumption were studied and compared.The results showed that the investment and energy consumption of company A are relatively high,but the operating flexibility and stability of device are conducive to the adjustment of product quality.The investment and energy consumption of company B are relatively low,but the operating flexibility of the device is poor.This is because that the three reactors of the reaction part utilize a single heat source as heat supply.
