Abstract
Three FCC gasoline hydrogenating units of different processes are introduced,which are Company A's 300,000 TPY FCC gasoline hydrotreating unit,Company B's 300,000 TPY FCC gasoline hydrotreating unit and Company C's 1.0 MM TPY FCC gasoline hydrotreating unit.The process flows of prefractionation,reaction and stripping sections are also analyzed and discussed,and process conditions,product quality,energy consumption and investment were studied and compared.The results show that Company A's process is simplest followed by Company's B's process.As pre-hydrotreatment and two-stage hydrodesulfurization are adopted in the process,Company C's hydrotreating process is the most complicated among the 3 units.The reactor feed heater tubes and catalyst bed of hydodesulfurization reactor are subject to coking in Company A's unit,while the other two units are less troubled by coking.Since medium-pressure steam is used as heating media for most users in Company C's unit,the total heat utilization rate is relatively low and energy consumption is high.The energy consumption of Company B's unit is lower because it does not use medium-pressure steam as heat source.Company A's unit is simple in process flow and lowest in capital investment.Company C's unit is highest in investment because it has 3 three reactors in complicated process.
