Abstract
科技投入与经济增长是经济系统中相互作用的两个方面:科技投入决定科技进步进而促进经济增长,科技的发展需要科技投入。以1978~2007年间新疆财政科技投入和人均GDP的数据为基础,运用协整分析方法和误差修正模型,并结合Granger因果检验对新疆科技投入和经济增长的关系进行了探讨。实证研究结果表明:新疆地方财政科技投入与经济增长之间存在长期稳定的均衡关系;同时,两者仅存在单向因果性。
