Abstract
This paper investigates the interrelation between the economic growth and exports by using coin- tegration test and Granger Causality test based on error correction model in Xinjiang region over the period 1980 -2003. The results show that there is only one cointegration relationship between the economic growth and ex- ports, and they have dual Granger Causality relationships.
