Abstract
The leaves of the persimmon was used as raw material,Folin-Ciocalteu colorimetry was used for the quantity control of the total polyphenols in the leaves of the persimmon and ultrasonic extraction technology of total polyphenol was studied by single (ethanol concentration, extraction time, temperature, and the ratio of raw material and solution)and orthogonal experiment. From the orthogonal results of ultrasonic extraction, the optimal conditions of extraction polyphenol compounds are as follows:extracting with 40%ethanol solution, ratio of raw materials and solution was1:40,temperature at 50℃extracting 20min.The yield of total polyphenol is 5.69%under the optimal conditions.
