RULE AND TASKS OF POLICE ADMINISTRATION OF MONTENEGRO IN THE FIELD AGAINST TERRORISM

Abstract
In the introductory part will be explained conceptual determination of terrorism, history and types of terrorism. Regardless of the insuffiiciente degree of exploration of the phenomenon of terrorism, Montenegro should provide an expert staff for fight against terrorism. After that, striving for the European Union, Montenegro should harmonized the legislative framework with legislative framework of the European Union. In the central part of the thesis, the status of the police will be determined as the mai carriers against the terrorist fight. It will be point out that the Police of Montenegro has the most important place as factor and carrier stability in the faight against terrorism. Considering that the Police Administration of Montenegro experienced a comprehensive reorganization of its organs, in the further part of thesis particular emphasis will be placed on sectors: Criminal police Sector, Organised Crime Sector and Special police Sektor, and, at the end. Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing Suppression Sector. Given that crime and terrorism are connected, important role in preventing the detection of terrorism has the Criminal Police. The Sector for the fight against Organised Crime and Corruption has the similar role as well as Criminal Police in preventative detrction of preperators of terrorist acts. Special Emphasis will be placed on detailed explanation of Special Police Sector and its counter-terrorism forces. Counter-terrorism Unit as well as Special Police Units Sector, whichis used in the most complex actions Of Police Administration of Montenegro, will be explained in more detail. After that, it will be axplained the role of Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing Supression Sector, and find out how terrorist and terrorist organizations are financed and how money infiltrates into these organizations ect. Considering that the terrorism is underrepresented in the Criminal Code of Montenegro nowadays are terrorism and organized crime as monsters of 21st century. With becoming a member of NATO in 2017, Montenegro entered the World of collective security. Montenegro is a state surrounded with three states that have aspirations to expand their borders. In that sense, decision of NATO to accept Montenegro into its membership is clear decision. The Police Adinistration is ready for the most comolicated jobs in the greatest evil in the world. The Police Administration wilk strive to send their members on various trainings and educations, because in step with time, IT standards must be followed. In conclusion of this thesis will be stated the achieved objectives of Police Administration, as well as suggestions for improving their work in order to facilitate the fight against terrorism.
