Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical value of the application for color doppler measurement of umbilical artery blood flow. Methods The clinical data of 131 cases of maternal for delivery in the department of gnaecology and obstetrics was taken for retrospective analysis. All pregnant women were measured by color Doppler before delivery, umbilical artery blood found abnormal, and the clinical value of color Doppler in the determination of umbilical artery blood flow was taken for analysis. Results In the 131 cases of pregnant women, pregnant women with abnormal umbilical cord proportion for 41.2%;intrauterine growth retardation in pregnant women with the highest S/D value was(6.51±0.43);pregnancy-induced hypertension in pregnant women with the highest RI value was(1.03±0.61).The differences between the above groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The umbilical artery blood flow may appear before clinical abnormal symptoms of pregnant women, therefore, the monitoring of umbilical artery blood can guide clinical.
