Abstract
Objective This article was to determine the value ofmeasuringthe umbilical artery blood flow systolic / diastolic( S / D) ratio by color ultrasound in predicting neonatal outcome. Methods This study included1497 pregnant women who get pregnant between 37 and 42 weeks. We measured the S / D ratio of umbilical cord and recorded the result of blood gas analysis of umbilical cord blood. Results The possibility of fetal distress was increased when the S / D ratios over 3. 0. Conclusions Blood flow S / D ratios of the umbilical cord measured by color ultrasound have great significance in reducing the perinatal death and neonatal outcome.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
