By constructing a mixed teaching mode of courses, students' needs for knowledge learning can be better met, and it is also the need for the connotative development of schools to improve teaching quality. "Internet+education" has formed a new educational ecology relying on the network, and also endowed mixed teaching with a new and unique connotation. Based on this, it is also necessary to reconstruct the basic attributes of blended teaching. Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the hybrid teaching model of colleges and universities in the "Internet +" era, a method for constructing an online and offline hybrid teaching platform based on "Internet +" is proposed. So as to meet the needs of students' self-construction under the premise of effectively playing the leading role of teachers.
