Abstract

English Abstract: The paper examines authority as an element of the management process. All manifestations of the authority function are discussed in detail and its impact on the object to which it is directed. An attempt is made to interpret the connection interests-authority. Russian Abstract: В документе рассматриваются полномочия как элемент процесса управления. Все проявления функции власти подробно обсуждаются и влияют на объект, к которому он направлен. Предпринимается попытка интерпретировать интересы интересов связи.
