On operating rules of the authority of the leadership

Taking Marxist dialectical materialism as a research tool,this paper analyzes the difference between of the leader's authority and the power of leadership and the run rule of leadership authority from the dialectical perspective.Through research,you can find that the authority is the organic unity of power and prestige.The operating authority of the leader includes conflict,gradual and regular changes in three aspects.But the operation rules of leading authority cannot be used as a dogma.You have to use power reasonably,improve the non-power influence effectively,and enrich the rules of leading authority basis of practice in order to improve the effectiveness of leadership activities.
