Analysis Of Acceptance Kuliahonline Unikom Services Using Technology Acceptance Model (Tam)

Unikom is one of the private university in Indonesia, has implemented the Information Technology to support and facilitate the course of the academic process. One service that is developed is kuliahonline built by ICT directorate under development directorate Unikom. Unikom Kuliahonline service development tailored to the needs within the academic community of Unikom, it's just that so far has not been any research to determine the factors that affect the acceptance of such services of the users (students). This is done for the development of the next online lecture service is accepted by the academic community in the UNIKOM. One method to measure acceptance by the user of information systems is the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). TAM is a method to explain and predict the user attitude towards a technology by the influence of two factors, namely the perception of the use (PU) and perceived ease of use (PEOU).In this study, an analysis of the acceptance of Kuliahonline services done using a modified TAM involving PEOU factor, perceived usefulness (PU),attitude toward using ( ATU),behavioral intention to use( ITU) and the actual system use (ASU).Analysis techniquesusing analytical models of structural equation model (SEM) with AMOS 16 software and number of respondents are 386 Unikom student who use Kuliahonline services.Research concluded the the service reception acceptance from students that using kulahonline services. This proved the existence og a positive relationship between several variables PEOU agains ATU, PU against ATU, ATU to the ITU, ITU against ASU. In addition there is also a positive relationship is still negative relationship is variable PEOU against ATU so that variable is a recommendation for the development of kuliahonline services in the future.
