Thoughts on the Theory of "Power Control" in Market Economy and Administrative Law

With the further development of the market economy system, the academic task of China’s administrative law is becoming more and more arduous. On the one hand, it should realize the construction of its own theoretical system, so that it can achieve the unity of value and logic, on the other hand, it should be able to face the increasingly complex practical problems and guide the practical application of theory in specific administrative field. However, no matter how the theory of administrative law develops, the existing administrative law must be able to maintain the value of the normal operation of various administrative fields, and can continue to mature in practical application. In terms of the theory of power control, the current academic circles have proposed that the theory of power control must be taken as the basis in market economy and administrative law. In this paper, the historical origin, theoretical basis and specific development and application of control theory in China are discussed, and some thoughts on the application of control theory in market economy and administrative law are put forward.
