Abstract
[Objective] To evaluate the effect of Moxifloxacin injection in treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease exacerbation.[Methods] Control group were injected by levofloxacin.Experimental group received moxifloxacin 0.4g per day intravenously. The treatment course of the two groups was 5-7 days.[Results] The effective rates of moxifloxacin and levofloxacin were 96% and 80%,respectively,and bacterial clearance rates were 93.7% and 64.8%,respectively.The treatment effect of treatment group was effective than the control group.[Conclusion] Injection of moxifloxacin AECOPD was safe and satisfaction, which has high clinical value.
