Abstract
microRNA(miRNA) is an endogenous siRNA-like small RNA molecule from the genome of higher eukaryotes encoding non-coding protein with the length of about 22 nucleotide RNA fragments. It controls gene expression through the nucleic acid sequence combination of complementary to a specific target of the regulation of mRNA translation or degradation of target mRNA.In recent years,miRNA organisms as important elements of gene regulation, and its relationship with diseases and cancer in particular were extremely studied. The present article reviews the miRNAs and cancer.
