Abstract
Using microwave assistant extraction method,through the single factor and orthogonal experiment analysis of extraction solvent,microwave time,solid-liquid ratio,extraction temperature,microwave power,extraction times and other factors on purslane active ingredients extraction rate influence.Establishment of Portulaca oleracea L. active components of the best extraction conditions:water,350 W microwave extraction for1 min,the best temperature of hot water was 40 ℃,the optimal proportion of material- water ratio was 1 ∶50,extracting for 1 times. Under these conditions,active components of extraction rate of 33.0%.
