Abstract

[Objective] To discuss the practicability and efficacy of deep coloclysis of enema glycerin in treatment of constipation.[Methods] To evaluate the oral laxatives,soapsuds enema and glycerin enema in 90 obstipation cases caused by opioid medication.[Results] The effect of glycerin group is significantly better than that of the other two groups(P﹤0.05).[Conclusion] It is simple and convenient of enema glycerin to release the opioid-associated constipation by deep enteroclysis.
