The Application of Kaiselu Enema Cathartic Method in Surgical Patients with Constipation

Objective To investigate the application results of the surgical Kaiselu enema for patients with constipation. Methods 97 cases of patients with constipation, the use of physical methods catharsis, medication and enema catharsis total of 142 patients and other methods. Results Kaiselu enema with more satisfactory results than other methods, but time is short and bowel movement fewer adverse reactions, relieve constipation better.Conclusion The treatment of constipation Kaiselu enema has better cathartic effect than other methods, worthy of clinical application.
