Clinical effect of apexification in replanted young permanent teeth

Abstract

20 cases of replanted young permanent teeth were treated with Vitapex apexification.18 of the 20 cases with injure teeth and the in vitro time was 0.5 h~5 d;2 cases with surgical ex vivo teeth and instantly reset.16 teeth were treated successfully(80%),including 15 injured and 1 surgical ex vivo teeth.The time of apex development was from 3 to 18 months.
