Abstract

Objective:To investigate the relationship between Ureaplasma urealyticum,Chlamydia trachomatis infection,anti-sperm antibody of male and abortion.Methods:Using cultivation,colloidal gold and enzyme-linked immunization to examine 75 cases whose couples had unexplained spontaneous abortion once to four times and 72 cases of fertile men.Results:The positive rates of Ureaplasma urealyticum,Chlamydia trachomatis and antisperm antibody in abortion group were statistical difference with those in control group (P0.05).Conclusion:Ureaplasma urealyticum,Chlamydia trachomatis infection and anti-sperm antibody of male may cause abortion.
