Analysis of the relationship between Ureaplasma urealyticum and Chlamydia trachomatis infection of female and abortion

Objective To investigate the relationship between Ureaplasma urealyticum and Chlamydia trachomatis infection of female and abortion.Methods Using cultivation and colloidal gold to examine 162 cases which had unexplained spontaneous abortion once to four times and 105 cases which had artificial abortion once to three times of healthy women as controls.Results Abortion group and control group,the positive rate of Ureaplasma urealyticum,positive rate of Chlamydia trachomatis and positive rate of Ureaplasma urealyticum and Chlamydia trachomatis,there were statistical difference(P0.05).Conclusion Ureaplasma urealyticum and Chlamydia trachomatis infection of female may cause abortion.
