Abstract
[Objective] To establish a high performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination of melamine in dairy products.[Methods] The sample was extracted and purified with Oasis MCX solid phase extraction column. On HILIC column CH3CN-0.02mol / L NH4AC was applied as mobile phase, melamine was determined by PDA detector.[Results] The linear range of the method was 0.5μg / Ml-20μg / mL.The lowest detectable content was 0.5mg / kg.The recovery rate was 86%96%,and the relative standard deviation was 1.8%-8.0%.[Conclusion] The method is sensitive, accurate and repeatable, and is suitable for the determination of melamine in dairy products.
