Abstract
Using pollen-tube pathway methed the bivalent plant propess carrier for bean chitin enzyme gene & tobacco #beta#-1,3-glucanose gene were transferred to the strains of cotton in local, 550,1304,822 and shiyan 321. Pass through kanamycin check, PCR-Southern blot test, screen for the character of fusarium wilt and verticillum wilt of cotton -resisant, the transgenic plant of cotton of fusarium wilt and verticilum wilt of cotton-resistant or endurance were bred.
