Abstract
Using Sugar Baby which was susceptible to Fusarium wilt as maternal plant, D_3-1 and D_3-2 which were high resistant to wilt disease were crossed respectively. F_1 hybrid showed high resistance to the disease. The separate ratio of resistance to susceptibility of BC_1 hybrid which was backcrossed by susceptible parent-Sugar Baby and F_2 hybrid populations coincided with 1: 1 and 3: 1 respectively. The results showed that resistance to Fusarium wilt was a kind of dominant inheritance controled by mono-gene or mono-segment DNA. Using the materials which were resistant to wilt as parent, 5 hybrid combinations with fine characters were bred. Among these, 3 were high resistant to Fusarium wilt, th other 2 were middle resitant to the disease.
