Abstract
Platelets aggregate and disaggregate. There are numbers of methods for studying platelet aggregation. We descriptionbe here .the evaluation of platelet disaggregation after ADP induced aggregation. It is shown that this method is reproducible for a given patient at a given time, but not for the same patient on different days, or between groups of patients. It is also shown that aggregation and disaggregation are probably independent functions, and that there are probably two separate active mechanisms responsible. Disaggregation is not a passive sequelae of aggregation.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
