Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of individual or combined moderate intensity exercise and estrogen of ovariectomized female rats and measure the changes of biochemical indicators which closely related to bone metabolism and the BMD of the rats. Methods The ovarian of rats were surgical removed and osteoporosis model were established and stimulated by exercise and estrogen. Results The results as the same with the expected, different groups of rat bone mineral density and biochemical indicators of changes were significant. Conclusion Moderate -intensity exercise and estrogen stimulation all can improve the degree of osteoporosis, and it is also usful for prevention of osteoporosis.
