Abstract

Objective To identify the source of influenza A(H1N1) infections,determine the transmission pattern among patients,and summarize the experience derived from the prevention and control work.Methods Case diagnosis,report,epidemic investigation and control were performed according to relevant requirements issued by the Ministry of Health based on the results of on-site epidemiological investigation.Results A total of two cases of influenza A(H1N1) were confirmed in addition to seven latent infections.All patients were cured and discharged.Conclusion Imported cases had caused the epidemic with local infection outbreaks.The key to epidemic control should be strengthening the health education for the immigrants,improving the sensitivity of suspected cases detecting in medical institutes,and enhancing the management of people who had close contact with the patients.
