Abstract
Objective To investigate the detection rate and possible causes of acute coronary infarction (AMI) patients with roughly normal coronary artefiographic (CAG) findings. Method A retrospective analysis was conducted in 311 cases of AMI undergoing CAG examination. Result Of these 311patients, 16 patients, whose age averaged 47.6 years, had roughly normal findings in CAG, including 9 below the age of 45 years, 10 with smoking history, and 5 with successful thrombolysis. Conclusion Patients with normal or roughly normal CAG finding might also have AMI likely induced by coronary artery thrombosis and spasm.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
