The research on the post-grouting of pile end construction technique in improving the loading capacity of pile foundation

The paper researches the mechanics for the post-grouting of pile end construction technique,analyzes the application of the technique in the example of some grouting construction.It is shown the measured value of the loading capacity of the single post-grouting pile is 20 percent higher than the calculated value and the settlement volume of the building is much lower, so it is illustrated that the post-grouting of pile end construction technique's expected effect is obtained.
